This class is a joyful and energizing movement class designed for parents/caretakers and their children to move, stretch, and bond together. This playful class blends age-appropriate yoga poses, creative movement, music, and mindfulness activities that promote physical health and emotional connection.

Each session is thoughtfully crafted to support coordination, balance, flexibility, and focus in young movers, while offering parents a chance to stretch, breathe, and connect both with their child and themselves.
